Orba, a rural town set in a lush valley retains its authentic feel you'll meet friendly locals who still work the land in traditional ways. For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle it is perfectly situated 18km inland from Denia.
   

A highlight in June is to witness the snorting bulls thunder through Orba’s streets in the running of the bulls. If you escape the stampede you may like to sample and appreciate the paella cooking competitions, bike races round the village and dressed floats on the parade, ending with music from the fantastic Orba Band.
