A ground floor apartment at the Fontana 3 complex, sleeps up to four people comfortably but also has a sofa-bed in lounge. It has air-conditioning/heating, two bedrooms, lounge with TV and DVD; bathroom, kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster; utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, fold-away sun loungers and parasol. There is also a large private terrace and a communal swimming pool.

Algorfa is a traditional Spanish town surrounded by orange and lemon groves. At the heart of the town is the pretty square with its church, town hall, bank, supermarket and selection of bars. Market days and fiestas are very popular and bring the community of this normally quiet town, together. The fiestas can last up to ten days and include concerts, barbeques, fireworks and much more. The fiesta is held in July each year. Hidden around the streets of Algorfa you’ll find bakeries, tobacconist, shoe shop, hairdressers, florist, cycle hire, restaurants and bars including traditional tapas. If you enjoy a round of golf, La Finca golf course is just a short drive away.There is an Aqua park about a 15 minute drive from Algorfa.

Just a ten minute drive will take you to one of the many ‘blue flag’ beaches found along the Costa Blanca.

Alicante airport is about a 35 minute drive away. Car hire is easy to arrange and reasonably priced if you book in advance.
Transfers can be arranged from Alicante to Algorfa for approximately €80 return.

Bookings are confirmed with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure or, immediately if bookings are made within 6 weeks of departure, plus a £100 refundable deposit (to cover any breakages or damage). Cleaning charges are payable on arrival. This includes fresh linen and towels on arrival and cleaning of the apartment on departure. A welcome pack (water, milk, coffee etc,) can also be arranged for a small charge.
